Before joining Stagwell, Petersen served as Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer at Sugar23, where she worked at the intersection of brands and entertainment. Prior to that, she spent over eight years at United Talent Agency.
Her earlier career includes a 16-year tenure at Publicis Media, as well as experience at Leo Burnett. With over 20 years of experience, Petersen has worked across creativity, business and culture, and continues to focus on this in her new role.
