Satish Nair has been appointed the new CEO of WPP Production, India. He will take over from Karthik Nagarajan, who has moved on after a stint of almost four years.

Satish brings 25 years of experience to the role - 15 of those with WPP Production (formerly Hogarth) - bridging the UK, global, and Indian markets. His career has been dedicated to scaling world-class production models and spearheading business transformation on a global level. During his formative years with us, Satish played a critical role in the company’s growth, establishing robust operational frameworks and leading major global client partnerships including TCCC, Ford and Diageo. Most recently, after serving as Global Chief Growth Officer in London, he returned to India as Chief Client Officer for APAC, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive growth and high-impact client management across one of our most dynamic markets.

Karthik Nagarajan will be moving on to pursue new opportunities. Karthik first joined GroupM as Chief Content Officer for Wavemaker India, where he scaled content and production capabilities, and later became CEO of Hogarth India in 2023, leading strategy and client relationships. Please join me in thanking Karthik for his valuable contributions to our teams, our clients, and our production capabilities, and in wishing him the very best in his next endeavour.
