PepsiCo has appointed Nidhima M. as Senior Director - HR for India, Bangladesh and Nepal.
She joins from Amazon, where she spent four years, most recently as Senior Manager - HR/People Partner for the Amazon Stores Customer Experience teams.
Nidhima brings over 19 years of experience across HR business partnering, organisation transformation, M&A integration and separation, reward, talent management, employee relations, strategic resourcing, change management, global organisation design and employer branding.
Earlier in her career, she held roles at Revolut, Unilever and HSBC, among others.
