Arvind Fashions Limited has appointed Nitesh Kanchan as the Chief Executive Officer of its menswear brand Arrow.

Announcing the appointment, Amisha Jain said that Kanchan brings strong experience and a forward-looking approach. She added that his mix of technical knowledge, business understanding, and digital expertise makes him well-suited to lead Arrow’s next phase of growth, especially in areas like product innovation, omnichannel expansion, and customer-focused strategies.

Kanchan has more than 20 years of experience across fashion, retail, and beauty, with expertise in profit and loss management, digital commerce, and brand development. At Arvind Fashions, he previously served as Chief Digital Officer, where he led the company’s digital business across marketplaces, brand websites like NNNOW, and key omnichannel initiatives.

In the past, he has also held roles such as CEO of Sephora India, COO of Arrow, and leadership positions across finance and digital functions for brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein within the organisation.

Over the years, he has worked across different areas including merchandising, planning, supply chain, licensing, and retail operations, giving him a strong understanding of the entire business cycle from product to customer. He holds a B.Tech in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi and has also completed an executive programme in digital transformation from IIM Bangalore.

As CEO of Arrow, Kanchan will focus on strengthening the brand’s position in formal and occasion wear, while also growing its presence in smart casual and lifestyle segments. His priorities will include improving product design, enhancing customer experience across both online and offline channels, and using data and technology to drive growth.
