Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) has appointed Kishen Ramaswamy as General Manager - Head, Brand Experience & Marketing. At BIAL, Kishen will lead brand strategy, integrated marketing, passenger experience storytelling, and engagement initiatives.
Kishen joins BIAL after an impactful leadership tenure at Air India Express. As Head of Brand & Marketing, he was instrumental in the post-merger brand integration following the Tata Group-led consolidation of AirAsia India and Air India Express into a unified airline brand. He played a key role in conceptualising and launching the airline’s landmark “Xplore More, Xpress More” brand platform.
Kishen has worked extensively across aviation, technology, hospitality, and luxury sectors over a career spanning more than 14 years. He has also collaborated with global partners including Boeing, Collins Aerospace, TCS, and leading Indian designers and creators.
