- ITV Network has appointed Jitender Kumar as Senior Vice President, Sales for India News Channel, effective 29 September 2025.
- Kumar will oversee revenue generation, strategic growth initiatives, and partnerships for the channel.
- He has nearly 20 years of experience in media sales, previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer at India Daily Live and Vice President of Sales at India TV.
- Aishwarya Pandit Sharma, Chairperson of iTV Foundation, emphasized Kumar's expertise in enhancing India News' market position and customer satisfaction.
Effective 29 September 2025, ITV Network has roped in Jitender Kumar as Senior Vice President, Sales - India News Channel. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the performance of all revenue-generating avenues for India News channel, drive growth through strategic decisions, partner with key stakeholders and steer revenue acceleration.
With nearly two decades of experience in media sales and business development, Jitender brings with him a proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strategic partnerships. Before joining India News Channel, he served as Chief Revenue Officer-Ad Sales at India Daily Live. He has worked with India TV as a Vice President-Sales for the North region for last 17 years and for NDTV Group as a National Head-Sales for 1 year 7 months.
