  • Dentsu has appointed Rohit Potphode as Managing Partner for Sports, Gaming, Esports, and Live Experiences in India to enhance its Sports and Entertainment practice.

Dentsu has appointed Rohit Potphode as Managing Partner – Sports, Gaming, Esports & Live Experiences, to strengthen and expand its Sports and Entertainment practice in India.

Rohit will work under Yosuke Murai, Head of India, Dentsu Sports & Entertainment, and will focus on creating strategies that engage audiences and drive tangible results for brands.

With over 20 years of experience, Rohit has worked on major properties such as the Indian Premier League, Indian Super League, Coke Studio, Lakmé Fashion Week, International Premier Tennis League, and the Global e-Cricket Premier League. His career spans leading organizations including IMG, Viacom, Disney’s A&E Network, Ten Sports, Nimbus Sport, Star, JestSynthesys, and Times Network.

At Dentsu, Rohit will oversee sports consulting, sponsorship planning, IP development, content creation, and fan-first experiences, helping brands move beyond traditional sponsorships to achieve deeper cultural relevance and tangible outcomes.
