Continuing with the massive promotions buzz for SRK’s ‘Ra.One’, Big Street worked on an extensive OOH plan for the movie in Delhi.

Big Street gives SRK’s Ra.One some OOH muscle

Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd concluded its search for Delhi’s superheroes in a star-packed event at Reliance Metro airport line’s Shivaji Stadium as part of their promotion for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming release, Ra.One.

To augment the ongoing OOH campaign, Big FM, created an on-air campaign that seeks the real-life Superheroes of Delhi; individuals who have made a significant difference to the lives of the people around them. Ten of these Superheroes of Delhi were felicitated by SRK at the Shivaji Stadium Station.

The event, result of a partnership between RBNL, Eros and Red Chillies Entertainments, witnessed a high-voltage promotional campaign for Ra.One across Delhi. Big Street created a giant out-of-home display for Ra.One on the glass façade of the Reliance Metro Airport line’s Shivaji Stadium station. The other elements in the OOH plan includes tactical display options on the Delhi Metro, Airport Metro, Street furniture, Digital Pods and the on-road civil structures like pillar wraps and wall wraps, among others.

Rabe T Iyer, Executive Vice President, RBNL, said, “It was simply to get Delhi’s favourite Shah Rukh, who plays the on-screen superhero G.One in the movie, to connect with the real superheroes of Delhi in a unique setting, the meeting place the Super train; a metaphor for the fast changing world, which needs more Superheroes than before. In this context, our endeavour was to give a shine moment to those, who indirectly contribute to the movie makers’ imaginations. I am glad to see the result of all the efforts put in. We are sure that the audiences will love this movie and we wish Mr Khan and the Eros-Red Chillies team all the very best.”
