Zee Anmol replaces Star Bharat as top channel: BARC Week 11

Zee Anmol has replaced Star Bharat to gain leadership position in the 11th week of Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) all India data. The channel topped the chart with 810969 million impressions, followed by Star Bharat on second slot with 7740541 million impressions (000s) and Sony Pal on the third slot with 647929 million impressions (000s).



Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya garnered the first position in the list of top five programmes of week 11. The show, which had 13567 million impressions, was followed by Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya and Kumkum Bhagya on the second and the third spots, with 11989 million impressions and 10575 million impressions respectively. Sony Entertainment Television’s Super Dancer Chapter 2 bagged the fourth spot with 9201 million impressions and Star Bharat’s Nimki Mukhiya stood on the fifth spot with 8648 million impressions.

Among the channels, Star Utsav and Zee TV bagged fourth and fifth slots with 598597 million impressions and 576059 million impressions, respectively.

Hindi GEC Rural



Zee Anmol continued to dominate the rural market and grabbed the first position with 626726 million impressions, followed by Sony Pal on the second slot with 432048 million impressions and Star Utsav on third with 421185 million impressions.

Zee Anmol’s Kumkum Bhagya garnered the first position with 10990 million impressions followed Jamai Raja on the same channel with 5985 million impressions and Sony Pal’s Baalveer on the third with 5866 million impressions. Sony Pal’s CID stood at number four with 5783 million impressions and Zee Anmol’s Ganga on fifth with 5780 million impressions.

Star Bharat and Rishtey bagged fourth and fifth spots with 379565 million impressions and 313873 million impressions, respectively.

Hindi GEC Urban


Colors witnesses a hike in this week and bagged first spot with 402271 million impressions against 387455 million impressions in week 10. Star Bharat garnered the second slot with 360976 million, impressions followed by Zee TV on third position with 359360 million impressions and Sony Entertainment stood at four with 334381 million impressions.

Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya bagged first spot with 7578 million impressions, followed by it's another show Kumkum Bhagya on the second with 6483 million impressions and Sab TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma on third with 6186 million impressions.

Sony Entertainment Television’s Super Dancer Chapter 2 was on the fourth position with 5919 million impressions and Colors’ Shakti on the fifth with 5783 million impressions.

Star Plus grabbed fifth slot with 310570 million impressions.
