GTPL Hathway appoints Dhiren Dalal and Sunil Sanghvi as Independent Directors

Both have been appointed for a three-year term starting September 28, 2024

In a meeting held on July 11, 2024, the board of GTPL Hathway approved the appointment of Dhiren Dalal and Sunil Sanghvi as independent directors for a three-year term starting September 28, 2024.

Dhiren Dalal is a commerce graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Renowned for his expertise in audit, finance, and non-banking financial companies, Dalal has served as an auditor for various registered non-banking financial companies.

Sunil Sanghvi is a practicing chartered accountant with 27 years of experience in litigation practice and corporate advisory on direct and indirect taxation in Ahmedabad. His professional associations include Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd., PG Foils Ltd., Cadbury India Ltd., Futaba Industrial Gujarat Ltd., Dhara Pharmachem Ltd., PG India Logistics Pvt. Ltd., FMI Automotive Components Pvt. Ltd., and Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt. Ltd.

Sanghvi served as the Vice Chairman of the Ahmedabad Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the year 2023-24 and is currently the Chairman for the year 2024-25. He also chaired the Direct Taxes Committee of the Ahmedabad Branch of ICAI from 1999 to 2023.
