Arnab Goswami promoted Republic Media Network plans both regional and global expansion

The media network will start broadcasting news channels in all major Indian languages from January 2020. The network has also begun expanding into global news operations, according to news reports

As per news media report, Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief of the Republic Media Network announced that the channel plans to expand news coverage into all major Indian languages, with regional news channels from January 2020.

Further, Goswami also confirmed according to a news report, that the channel is looking at expanding its news operations globally.

The process of expanding into global news operations has formally begun, says Goswami in his announcement, a media report stated.

As recently this year, Goswami’s buying back of shares in ARG Outlier from Rajeev Chandrasekhar’s Asianet News Media makes Republic Media Network, a fully editor controlled company.

The network currently owns and operates two channels namely Republic TV in English and Republic Bharat in Hindi.
