Abhishek Malhotra has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the board of TV Today Network following approval from the company’s shareholders. The resolution was passed with nearly 99.98% of votes in favour, cast via postal ballot and e-voting between 3 March and 1 April 2026.
Malhotra, known for his expertise in media and corporate governance, will now play a key role in strengthening the company’s board oversight and governance framework.
Malhotra’s experience in strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and corporate affairs is expected to support TV Today Network in enhancing its governance structure and guiding future strategies.
