  • The fourth edition of 'Samachar4Media 40 Under 40' winners has been finalized, with the jury meeting held on March 14, 2026.
  • The winners will be announced and honored at an event on July 28, 2026, at the India International Centre in Delhi, themed "Media: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow."

The list of winners for the fourth edition of 'Samachar4Media 40 Under 40' (s4m 40 under 40) organised by 'Samachar4Media', the Hindi website of the exchange4Media Group, has been finalised after the jury met held on March 14, 2026. 

The winners will be formally announced and felicitated at an event to be held at the India International Centre (IIC) in Delhi on July 28, 2026.

The event, themed "Media: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow," will begin at 10 am and include various panel discussions and keynote speakers. The event will be followed by an awards ceremony in the evening. The chief guest will be announced soon.

It should be noted that, as in the previous three editions, Hindustan's Editor-in-Chief Shashi Shekhar served as the jury chair for this event. The jury panel included Dr. Annurag Batra, Chairman and Editor-in-Chief of Businessworld Group and Exchange4Media Group; Anuradha Prasad, CMD of BAG Network and Editor-in-Chief of News24; Ashutosh Chaturvedi, Central Information Commissioner; Supriya Prasad, News Director of Aaj Tak, Good News Today, and India Today; Jaideep Karnik, Editor at Amar Ujala (Digital); Prof. (Dr.) K.G. Suresh, Director at India Habitat Centre; Deepak Chaurasia, Director (News) at Live Times; Rahul Mahajan, Head of Corporate Affairs at Bennett Coleman & Company Limited (BCCL); Rahul Sinha, Managing Editor at Zee News; and Rakesh Sharma, former President of the Indian Newspaper Society.

Apart from this, the jury also included senior journalist Rana Yashwant; Consulting Editor Sant Prasad Rai at Aaj Tak; Founder and Editor-in-Chief Santosh Bhartiya of Loud India TV; Senior Journalist Satish K. Singh; Managing Editor-Digital (Hindi and Regional Languages) at Times Network Shamsher Singh; Senior Journalist Sudhir Chaudhary; Senior Consulting Editor at Times Now Navbharat Sumit Awasthi; Senior Journalist Vashindra Mishra; Consulting Editor at Amar Ujala Vinod Agnihotri and Executive Editor at Dainik Jagran Vishnu Prakash Tripathi.

This is the fourth edition of this programme. This list recognizes talented journalists under the age of 40 from print, television, and digital media who have distinguished themselves in the media world through their work, leadership skills, and dedication to journalism.
