Eminent editor, author and television broadcaster Mr Alok Mehta (Padma Shri), presented a copy of his latest book “Revolutionary Raj: Narendra Modi’s 25 Years” to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Published by Shubhi Publications, the coffee table book offers a comprehensive analysis of Prime Minister Modi’s 25-year public life, highlighting his transformative governance, administrative innovations and major welfare initiatives—from his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat to his leadership as Prime Minister of India.
During the interaction, Mehta and the Prime Minister discussed India’s future vision for progress, the importance of ground-level experience in governance, and people’s expectations from the government. Prime Minister Modi emphasized the need to promote books and libraries, stating that children must be encouraged to develop reading habits. He also underlined the importance of involving students in NCC-like training programmes to inculcate self-discipline, civic responsibility and a strong sense of nationalism.
Mehta also write in columns & discuss such issues on his YouTube channel Editors eye ‘ . He was accompanied by Shri Sanjay Arya, Publisher, Shubhi Publications. The book will soon be available through the Publisher and on Amazon .
