Pidilite Q1 profit rises to Rs 830 crore, revenue crosses Rs 4,249 crore
Standalone revenue climbs 29% sequentially, led by robust Consumer & Bazaar performance, while PBT crosses Rs 1,100 crore in Q1 FY27

- Pidilite Industries reported a 51.7% quarter-on-quarter increase in standalone net profit to Rs 829.87 crore for Q1 FY27, up from Rs 547.39 crore in Q4 FY26.
- Revenue from operations rose 29.4% sequentially to Rs 4,249.38 crore, compared to Rs 3,284.80 crore in the previous quarter, with total income reaching Rs 4,343.65 crore.
- The Consumer & Bazaar division was the primary growth driver, generating Rs 3,458.25 crore in revenue, while the Business-to-Business segment contributed Rs 820.97 crore.
- Basic earnings per share improved to Rs 8.15 from Rs 5.38 in the previous quarter, and total comprehensive income increased to Rs 829.75 crore from Rs 555.40 crore in Q4 FY26.
Pidilite Industries, the maker of Fevicol, reported a robust start to FY27, posting a 51.7% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) rise in standalone net profit to Rs 829.87 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with Rs 547.39 crore in Q4 FY26.
The company also recorded healthy growth in topline, with revenue from operations increasing 29.4% sequentially to Rs 4,249.38 crore from Rs 3,284.80 crore in the March quarter. Total income for the quarter stood at Rs 4,343.65 crore, up from Rs 3,343.02 crore.
Profit before tax (PBT) rose 52.9% QoQ to Rs 1,119.52 crore against Rs 732.21 crore in the preceding quarter. Total expenses also increased to Rs 3,224.13 crore from Rs 2,610.81 crore, in line with higher business activity and input costs.
Compared with the same quarter last year, revenue from operations grew 22.1% from Rs 3,479.30 crore, while net profit advanced 27.8% from Rs 649.80 crore.
The Consumer & Bazaar division remained Pidilite's primary growth engine, contributing Rs 3,458.25 crore in revenue during Q1 FY27, up from Rs 2,560.61 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue from the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment came in at Rs 820.97 crore, compared with Rs 752.18 crore in Q4 FY26.
Both businesses also delivered stronger profitability. Consumer & Bazaar reported a segment profit of Rs 1,127.10 crore, up from Rs 784.52 crore in the March quarter, while the B2B segment's profit rose to Rs 169.57 crore from Rs 146.35 crore.
Basic earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs 8.15 from Rs 5.38 in the previous quarter, while diluted EPS increased to Rs 8.13 from Rs 5.37.
For the quarter, Pidilite incurred a current tax expense of Rs 281.80 crore and a deferred tax expense of Rs 7.85 crore. Total comprehensive income stood at Rs 829.75 crore, compared with Rs 555.40 crore in Q4 FY26.
The company's Consumer & Bazaar portfolio, which includes brands such as Fevicol, Dr. Fixit, M-Seal, Fevikwik and Fevicryl, continued to account for more than 80% of its standalone revenue during the quarter.
