At the upcoming Pitch BFSI Summit 2025, industry experts will come together to discuss the latest trends, growth and future of the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector. One of the key highlights of the summit is a panel discussion on the evolving advertising trends in the BFSI ecosystem.

Driving the topic ‘The BFSI Advertising Playbook: Navigating Media Choices for Maximum Impact’, the panel aims to provide valuable perspectives on how brands can strategically position themselves in a highly competitive marketplace today. The third edition of the Pitch BFSI Summit & Awards will be held on September 24 in Mumbai.

The focus of discussion will be on bridging traditional advertising strengths like print with the fast-paced possibilities of digital, social, and experiential platforms. The panellists will highlight that consumer trust and recall are central to effective communication in the BFSI space, and while television continues to deliver scale and emotional impact, print remains a trusted medium for credibility. Outdoor advertising, too, plays a vital role in reinforcing visibility in high-footfall urban spaces. At the same time, the digital shift cannot be overlooked as social media, influencer marketing, and programmatic advertising are helping BFSI brands reach younger, tech-savvy audiences.

Personalised communication, real-time engagement, and data-driven targeting make digital a powerful tool to drive conversions while also enabling impressive storytelling. The panel will explore how digital is not replacing but complementing traditional formats to build integrated campaigns. The speakers will also discuss how BFSI marketers can craft campaigns that deliver both reach and impact by blending the trust-building capacity of traditional media with the agility of digital and how this balance is beneficial for brands for long-term growth.

The panelists include Ameya Ingle - Head Marketing & Digital Sales, ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd; Amit Bhandare, Head – Marketing & Corporate Communications, Yes Securities; Argho Bhattacharya, Head of Marketing, PayU; Varun Mundra, Group Head- Media & Innovations, Motilal Oswal Financial Services; Noel Mascarenhas, Head of Marketing, Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd.; Shrinivas Khanolkar, Head – Digital, Marketing & Corporate Communication, Mirae Asset Investment Managers and Jayanti Kalyani, Head of Marketing D2C, TransUnion CIBIL Limited.

This panel will be moderated by Anil Kumar Malik, Business Head, The Hindu Group. With over three decades of experience in media, Anil Malik currently serves as the Business Head at The Hindu Group, leading revenue growth across Print, Digital, and Events. He is a seasoned leader and has worked with some of the best media groups in this ever-evolving media landscape.

With a power-packed agenda featuring standalone sessions, fireside chats, and engaging panel discussions, the summit promises to spark meaningful conversations around the future of BFSI marketing. During the conference, brand leaders and experts will share insights on a wide range of topics and explore the transformative shifts shaping the BFSI industry, the challenges, opportunities, and more.

The Co-Presenting partner of the conference is YAAP, the Gold Partners are Frodoh and The Hindu Group, while Admattic is the Co-Partner.
