Rishi Chhabra to discuss securing India’s digital future in payments at Pitch BFSI Summit

Rishi Chhabra, Country Manager, Visa India, will be joining the Pitch BFSI Summit 2025 as a keynote speaker to discuss the evolving digital payments ecosystem. As India takes rapid strides towards a cashless economy, the role of secure, seamless, and scalable solutions has become more critical than ever. Rishi is a seasoned expert with over 20 years of work experience across the payments ecosystem, having worked in the US, India and Sri Lanka. He comes with a rich foundation in growth strategy, business development, ecosystem optimisation and digital marketing innovations. India, the market that leads Visa’s business efforts in India, a critical market. In his current role, he is responsible for the India business, owning senior client relationships and leading the company initiatives for the market. He also drives digital payment initiatives with a focus on empowering small businesses.

Prior to becoming Country Manager for Visa India, Rishi was the Vice President and Head of Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) for the India and South Asia region. Before joining Visa, Rishi was Managing Director and Country Head, India and Sri Lanka at Fiserv and has held executive leadership positions at companies like First Data Corp and PayPal, and has worked with JP Morgan, ABN AMRO and General Electric.
