Accenture Interactive takes over creative agency Droga5
While David Droga will continue to be Creative Chairman, Sarah Thompson to stay as Global Chief Executive

Accenture Interactive will be acquiring creative agency Droga5, as per media reports.
The acquisition, the financial details of which are not known, is reportedly Accenture Interactive’s biggest acquisition so far.
David Droga, the founder, will continue to be the Creative Chairman of the agency. While Sarah Thompson will stay as Global Chief Executive, Bill Scott will remain the UK boss along with the rest of the management team.
“Since day one, we have worked hard to push our industry forward and, hopefully, make a positive impact for all,” Droga was reported as saying. He called the acquisition “the start of an exciting new chapter in Droga5’s history”.
Brian Whipple, Global Chief Executive of Accenture Interactive was quoted in media reports as saying that with Droga he was looking to build his company’s aim to “improve the full human experience with brands”.
