Social Wavelength wins Social Media Agency of the Year Award for 2nd yr

Social Wavelength won the award for Social Media Agency of the Year for the second time in a row at the WAT Summit conducted on February 15, 2013. The agency had won this award in 2012 as well.

Social Wavelength also bagged the Social Media Campaign of the Year award for its ‘Tweet A Tab’ campaign for Reliance Communications.

The agency received the Social Media Agency of the Year award from Josy Paul, Chairman, BBDO and the Social Media Campaign of the Year award from Nishad Ramachandran, Vice President, Hansa Cequity.

The jury for the awards consisted of Suresh Reddy, Chairman & CEO, Ybrant Digital; Neville Taraporewall, Senior Director, Emerging Markets, Advertising and Online, Microsoft; Amit Tripathi, Managing Director, id8labs; Anuj Kumar, Co-founder & CEO, Affle; Sunil Kamath, Vice President for South Asia, Opera Software; Nishad Ramachandran, Vice President, Hansa Cequity ; and Dinesh Swamy, Digital Creative Leader, BBDO Proximity.
