Why is Maha Kumbh Mela so important ?

It is a very very big event and especially important in today’s date and time. It is to be noted that it has been celebrated for centuries. This Maha Kumbh Mela is being celebrated after 144 years.

It is not only a spiritual event but has many scientific aspects.

This Maha Kumbh Mela will be the biggest spiritual event of the world where more than 40 crores/40 million Sanatani will get together from all over the world irrespective of Cast, Color and Status in society. This show causes the Sanatani ethos that all are ONE. There is no differentiation. It is ONE for all.

The Sanatani Ethos is the oldest in the world and has been accepted by all scholars of the world. The other religions including Christianity and Muslim etc only date back to about 5000 years. The last is of Prophet Mohammad Islam - which is only about 1500 years say 500 years after CHRIST. Before these all were Sanatani.

Unfortunately today there is a great effort by the Anti Sanatani element in India and outside India to destroy the Santani ethos. This is being attempted by use of Money, violence, politics etc it is a deadly COMBO. It is being pursed with great zeal, ferocity and great fervour to break the Sanatani ethos.

Hence, today the most important action required is to make it a great success since our Sanatani ethos which has been there for IONS. This Maha Kumbh, signifies the will of more than 400 mllion Sanatanis when they gather at the Maha Kumbh Mela.

Now, let us briefly go into the ethos of the Maha Kumbh Mela.

First of all it should be understood thatwe all are SANATANIS irrespective how we pray. Every Sanatani believes in the four Vedas inspired to the four Rishis by almighty God.

There can be several perceptions of the Maha Kumbh/Kumbhs.

As per my perception the word Kumbh denotes a collection normally understood for water but can be for anything even a collection of people, energy etc. It is a collection/or getting together.

The Kumbh at Vedic times was of great importance as our great Rishis who were scientist/poets/academicians and used to get together to discuss (Tark – Vitark and exchange views, interact about various aspects relating to the Cosmos and ethos of spirituality and as to how the various energies emitted and results of such rays effected the earth and mankind at the time of KUMBH.

This sea of vast knowledge and their experiences resulted in bringing out clarifications of the various aspects of life including scientific research. They perhaps knew of the four points/locations i.e, Prayagraj, Haridwar, Nashik, Ujjain in India where these constellations/stars met with the date and time to the exact second. The energy emitted by then at that point of time would be very beneficial to mankind, as these energies would strengthen mentally and physically the humans who would collect at these four cities where the Rishis used to assemble which led to these most important Kumbhs.

Furthermore it was worth thinking that why the dip in the river at that point of time was essential. As an example let us examine an electric current it gives a shock to a person but when electricity touches water on the floor it moves with tremendous speed and electrocutes the same person, standing with naked feet on that wet floor. Similarly, these great energies which are Amrit (non-violent) and are very useful at that time of Kumbh would have a much better effect if a person’s body is wet thus enhancing mental and physical and vision/wellbeing for the public participating in the Kumbh.

One has to keep in mind that our God is not a BEING like the God of the other religions like Christians and Muslims. Our God is a great power Quantum consciousness as now accepted by the West which is present in the smallest particles to the massive elements of the cosmos etc.

God has laid some laws for the mankind to follow. If we follow these laws by our karmas we benefit or suffer according to our action. It is rightly said DHARMA RAKSHATI DHARAM meaning laws (not religion here) if is protected by you they will protect you.

It is to be noted that God who is omnipresent and is AKAAR does not FORGIVE. If it was so the KARMA theory becomes null and void and we would have no sinners left in the world.

However having said this if in so way lessens the great importance of the Maha Kumbh Mela. It is of the greatest importance today for all Sanatani irrespective of whether one believes in Idol worship or not. This aspect should be put in the back burner today.

Today we are all Sanatanis and have to unite and become ONE SUPER FORCE to defeat this EVIL, DESTRUCTIVE ANTI SANATANI lot.

Just imagine

More than 400 million of Sanatani gathering at one place in the Maha Kumbh Mela. It is the biggest spiritual congregation of mankind in the world and all for Peace, Prosperity and Good - for all.

This symbolises the unity of all Sanatanis which will defeat the propaganda of a caste differentiation being the tool used by Anti Sanatani lobby including secular Sanatanis (what a joke).

Incidentally the first step to save the Sanatani ethos was the construction of the RAM MANDIR which was a herculean effort of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, Sh. Yogi and millions of Sanatani. It became a focus point for all Sanatani of the world. There is Vatican for Christian, Mecca for Muslim. We did not have so far ONE FOCAL point for the Sanatani ethos, so far, till the construction of RAM MANDIR.

When the Anti Sanatani’s lobby will see this ONE AKHAND sea of Sanatan humanity it will put the fear of God into them as to what would be there fate if they do not stop this Anti Sanatani movement.

Another aspect to be noted is imagine the effort, will, dedication required to manage these huge of congregation of people/ humanity. A very detailed elaborate steps have been taken to manage this event.

More than 50000 Police force is stationed and Special Forces for protection of women, special arrangement for ladies taking a dip in the Sangam have also been organized.

This is a phenomenal effort to make this Maha Kumbh Mela a great success which has come after 140 years or so.

This will show what Bharat of today can do with great spiritual inputs and use of latest scientific technology.

I will like to mention couple points:

1. The etymology of taking a dip in the Sangam where Ganga, Jamuna and Saraswati meet. You see the real meaning of this was not washing off sins but was giving obeyance and thanking and gratitude to these DEVIS (Rivers) who are the source of life to all living on our earth, humans, animals, plants etc. Without these Devis nothing could have been created and protected. GANGA MAA (mother). Mother is a creator and a protector. Hence, these are DEVIS sources of creation and protection of what has been created. These three Devis are only a symbol of all such water bodies, Rivers, Lakes etc.
2. Another aspect which requires deep thinking is of all these various constellations coming into certain locations in the Cosmos at an exact point of time thus emitting beneficial energies. What are these energies and how do they affect humans, plants etc especially for humans physically and mentally. What is required is the scientist should work on these energies which are emitting at this time which are so beneficial to millions of people who gather there. For example we all know at full moon which makes a pregnant woman even go mad.

Mythology is allegorical which requires, deep concentration to interpret the great scientific facts hidden in the scriptures.

So, there must have been a reason connected to Kumbs and Maha Kumbh Mela beyond the ethos of Grahas etc.

One must remember, as mentioned before, that our Rishis were scientists/academicians for ease of learning use to express great scientific aspects in story forms and after selecting a suitable student they explained the real scientific meaning of these mantras/hymns.

Unfortunately, the Rishis passed away ages ago. Last Rishi was Jamini just before Mahabharat and no one was left to explain the real meanings. This resulted only stories were left behind which actually were allegorical presentation of scientific facts.

Purans also have great scientific knowledge in them but due to loss of Bhaasha, language of Vedas. Bhaasha which is vast, flexible, Subject oriented while Sanskrit is a colloquial derivative of Bhaasha and hence is a restrictive language and with Rishis gone and Bhaasha went into deep slumber so, translations done of mantras in Sanskrit appeared unscientific or looked as HISTORY.

Atharva Veda mantra 16- 6- 8

KUMBHIKA DOOSHIKA PEEYAAKAAN

Using etymology and translated in Sanskrit it means At Kumbh One Should Clean One Eyes of Dirt and Drink it.

This does not seem very logical to me My understanding of this Mantra is

Etymology of these words as per Unaadikosh is:-

DOOSHIKA is Netra Malam Eye and Dirt (also shudh) to clean it.

Piukaan isPiupika is Pibate Pati vaa sa Piu. Is to Drink

Here the meaning of Eye is Manifestation is clarity

Dirt is cause of confusion foggy unclear vision etc

Peeyakaan is to Absorb

It means at the meeting of Kumbh by discussions between great scholars Rishis etc various aspects related to Cosmos Science Society Dharma Ethics God would evolve or brought out removing all the confusions mental cobwebs and be absorbed by them.

Thereafter they were duty bound to spread This clear great knowledge to all mankind.

Maha Kumbh Mela is a straight warning to all Anti Sanatani that these 400 million are now one Sanatani Power which is peace loving but if it is found that the Sanatani ethos is being harmed by anyone, group/agency, then they will act as per ethos of Lord Krishna’s and Manusmriti which instructs to destroy the enemy using the same method which they attack you and decimate them.

Kumbh shows that there is one Sanatani force and that there is ONE BHARAT and anyone who dares to break it, then they will be decimate then there will be another dharam yudh.
