Catering to the digitally savvy, postpaid customers who are constantly looking for convenience and a single plan to cover all their mobile needs, Idea Cellular is now offering ‘Nirvana’ plans– a range of postpaid plans, offering holistic solutions beyond just mobile connectivity. The product will be promoted through a high-decibel advertising campaign which will kick start with a TVC which went on air today.
Idea Postpaid Nirvana Plans offer a one-stop solution which provides the freedom of unlimited calls, the excitement of non-stop internet, with data carry forward, assured device security, savings on family bills, the simplicity of free roaming across India, ISD benefits and the privilege of priority service and offers, in addition to Rs. 2,000 cashback on new 4G handset.
The new Idea TVC captures the unpredictable moments of joy in the lives of the protagonists, for example: ‘When the monthly bill does not worry you anymore; when the broken smartphone does not distract from your goals; when you realise that you need not worry about data getting over.’ Each of these moments illustrate the positive transformation and peace of mind that Idea Nirvana Postpaid brings to its customers’ lives, because “everything is taken care of”.
Speaking on the new campaign, Mr. Sashi Shankar, Chief Marketing Officer, Idea Cellular said, “Brand Idea understands consumers’ needs and helps them positively transform their lives through its services. Starting with a monthly rental of Rs. 389, Idea Nirvana Plans go up till Rs. 2,999, providing high speed data benefit of 20 to 300 GB, carry forward limit of up to 200 to 500 GB (as per the plan) and 3,000 SMS per month (local, national, roaming). It also offers free subscription to Idea Music, Movies & Games for 12 months while 100 to 200 ISD minutes is available on the monthly plans of Rs. 1,299 to Rs. 2,999.
The Nirvana plans also offer special benefits when customers add their family and friends. The ‘Child Secure’ feature allows the customer to regulate their child’s data usage and screen time. ‘Smart Alerts’ feature lets users send regular, pre-defined alerts to their family and the unique ‘Family Connect’ feature helps make sure that family members are safe, wherever they are. Customers who add friends and family members also enjoy ‘20% savings’ on total bill rental and bonus shareable data of 10 GB for upto 3 members and 20 GB data for 4 or more family members.
Idea is also offering cashback of up to Rs. 2,000 to all customers on Nirvana Plans who upgrade to a New 4G Handset, till 30th April 2018.
Developed by BBDO India, the TVC went on air on 14th March and will be amplified through an integrated 360 degree campaign, spanning across television, radio, OOH and digital. The campaign will be launched during the Nidahas Trophy 2018 live across Hindi entertainment, Hindi movies, Hindi news, English news, English Business news, English movies, English entertainment, Regional television (Maharashtra & Kerala).
