PMD is given to developers that have demonstrated value-added capabilities in one or more of qualification areas such as Pages, Ads, Apps, and Insights. The badge is for companies that have clearly demonstrated unique capabilities that help marketers scale and achieve efficiency, and extend measurably beyond the functionality of Facebook’s native tools.
