Cremica reappoints Raman Sidhu as Independent Director for a further five years

Cremica Food Industries has reappointed Raman Sidhu as an Independent Director for another five-year term. Along with the extension, he has also been named Chairman of the company's Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Sidhu brings extensive experience in banking and finance, having worked in senior roles at institutions such as Grindlays Bank, Barclays Bank, HSBC Securities, Deutsche Bank, and others between 1983 and 2014.
In addition to his role at Cremica, he currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Aria Hotels Ltd, Maral Overseas Ltd, and Caparo Engineering India Ltd.
