Raman Sidhu has been appointed as an Independent Board Director at Aria Hotels Ltd, the owner and operator of JW Marriott Aerocity, New Delhi.
Sidhu brings decades of experience in banking, business leadership, and board governance. He currently serves as an Independent Board Director at Maral Overseas Ltd, Caparo Engineering India Ltd, and Cremica Food Industries Ltd. He also serves as the Chairman of EBG Federation, India.
From 1983 to 2014, he held leadership roles in corporate and investment banking across several top financial institutions. His past roles include positions at Grindlays Bank, Barclays Bank plc, Barclays de Zoete Wedd, HSBC Securities & Capital Markets India Pvt. Ltd., Fidelity Fund Management, and Deutsche Bank AG in India.
