Kid’s entertainment channel Nick is adding a new toon show to its existing bouquet of offerings. Called ‘CatDog’, the show is premiering on August 31 and will air Monday to Friday at 4:30 pm.
The show revolves around the life and times of a cat and a dog with a unique twist: they’re connected, literally. They share one body with a dog’s head at one end and a cat’s head on the other. Although they are the brothers and the best of friends, they have extremely diverse personalities.
Cat is very cultured and obsesses over cleanliness and money, while Dog is very fun-loving and enjoys the lighthearted pursuits of eating, chasing cars, and exploring. Adding to their dilemma is Cat’s annoyance with Dog, mainly caused by Dog’s stupidity and Cat’s up-tight behaviour.
