Senior journalist Ashish Kumar Sinha has stepped down from his role as Legal Editor and Senior Anchor at Hindi news channel India Daily 24x7.
Confirming the development to Samachar4Media, Sinha said he has resigned from his position to focus on a new project, details of which he plans to share soon.
Before joining India Daily 24x7, Sinha was associated with India News as Senior Editor and Anchor from 2014 to July 2024. Along with his editorial responsibilities, he also handled Legally Speaking, the network’s digital vertical focusing on legal affairs.
Known for his expertise in legal journalism, Sinha contributed legal content across multiple platforms of the ITV Network, including The Delhi Guardian, Business Guardian, Sunday Guardian (English), and Aaj Samaj (Hindi). He also provided content for the English news channel NewsX.
Sinha began his professional career in 2008 with A2Z News Channel, followed by a stint at CNEB News Channel as Special Correspondent. He joined ITV Network in 2014 and later moved to India Daily 24x7 to take on senior editorial and anchoring responsibilities.
