Allcargo Group has named Punit Misra as its new President – Chairman Office & Chief Business Officer (CBO). In this role, Misra will work closely with Shashi Kiran Shetty, Founder and Chairman of Allcargo Group, reporting directly to him. He will be based in Mumbai.
Misra brings over 30 years of leadership experience across media, entertainment, and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Allcargo Group, he held senior positions at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL), including CEO of India Broadcast Business, President of Content (Broadcast & Zee5 Digital), and President of International Business.
Earlier in his career, Misra worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he held leadership roles in Brand and Category Management and served on HUL’s management committee as Executive Director and Vice President of Customer Development for India and South Asia.
