Yahoo! India back with Big Idea Chair Advertising Awards
Yahoo! India, digital media owner, has invited entries for its awards for the digital advertising industry, the second annual Big Idea Chair Awards 2011.
Digital media company Yahoo! India has announced the opening of entries for its second annual Big Idea Chair awards for the digital advertising industry. With over 183 entries last year, the Big Idea Chair awards invite contributions by clients, agency strategists, media gurus and individuals who have creatively leveraged the digital advertising platform. The award ceremony will be held in October 2011 in New Delhi. Agencies can submit their entries on www.bigideachair.in by September 5, 2011.
The Big Idea Chair is a global initiative by Yahoo! and seeks to recognise some of the best work by the online advertising community and also fosters creative excellence that enabled marketing excellence in digital advertising. Advertising agencies can submit entries that have included the use of the Internet as part of their media mix strategy over the last 12 months. All entries will be adjudged on creativity, proven results and flawless execution.
There are nine categories for the Big Idea Chair awards spanning across all channels – display, search, social and mobile. The categories include: Best Use of Display Advertising, Best Online Video Advertising, Best Use of Social Media, Best Use of Technology, Digital 360° Award, Best Use of Mobile Advertising, Best Use of Search, Best Use of Regional Languages, and the Yahoo! Big Idea Award.
