India@Cannes: Lions ki Asha from Aman ki Asha in Integrated
The Integrated shortlist is not out yet, but the conversations all around have been on Aman ki Asha. The work done by TapRoot for The Times of India was received extremely well at a session, but has so far not picked anything in any of the categories. Integrated Lions is where Camp India’s hopes are pinned now.

With no winners announced on the fifth day of the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival 2010, India’s metal tally is still at 16. If anything, the Film Lions with only three broad entries was disappointing for many. The next big hope is Film Craft, and bigger hope is Integrated Lions, where the Indian Camp has been discussing Aman ki Asha significantly.
TapRoot India’s Agnello Dias’ partnership with The Times of India, when Dias was in JWT India, had led to India winning its first Grand Prix. With the team coming together again, not getting even a shortlist so far has not discouraged Camp India from expecting the work to make some presence.
The work done was shown by Dias in his session at Cannes Lions seminar, and the entry was well received by the audience. However, the judging process had not even begun then.
Day five was largely sessions for Indian delegates. For more updates, be socially connected with us on
