The exchange4media Group hosted the fifth edition of the e4m D2C Awards on Thursday, September 10, in Gurugram, bringing together leading names from India’s fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecosystem. The star-studded awards ceremony celebrated brands and agencies that have made a mark through innovation, strong consumer connect and impactful business strategies. The awards honoured their innovative strategies, visionary campaigns and groundbreaking initiatives that have shaped the evolving direct-to-consumer ecosystem.

Among the key brands and agencies that took the highest metals were Flipkart, Amazon, boAt Lifestyle, Been There Done That (BTDT) Media, Ittisa Digital Media and HomeFoil. The fifth edition recognised D2C brands and agencies across categories for their creativity, marketing excellence and ability to foster a bond with consumers. The awards highlighted how brands are increasingly using digital platforms, data and new-age marketing approaches to strengthen their presence in a competitive market.

The ceremony also brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs and other key marketers from India’s D2C ecosystem. Their presence reflected the growing importance of the sector and the role of innovation in shaping the next phase of India’s consumer economy.

Beyond recognising leading D2C brands and agencies, the fifth edition of the e4m D2C Awards also celebrated the founders who have been instrumental in shaping India’s rapidly evolving D2C landscape. Founders of some of the country’s leading D2C companies were honoured for their contribution to building successful consumer-first businesses.

The five main categories were – Marketing, Innovation, Best in Digital Platforms, D2C Gamechanger Awards and Individual Gamechanger Awards, each showcasing groundbreaking campaigns that set new benchmarks for success in the Indian marketing landscape.
