Abhik Banerjee has been onboarded as Head - West Region at Wavemaker India. The company shared the news of his new role through a LinkedIn post.
“We are pleased to welcome Abhik Banerjee to WPP Media family. In his new role, Abhik will lead the West Region and work closely with Wavemaker’s clients, teams and leadership to deepen partnerships, unlock new opportunities and drive growth”, the LinkedIn post read.
With over two decades of experience across media and marketing, Abhik brings a strong track record of working across agency and client environments in diverse sectors, including FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, Consumer Durables, Paints, Pharma and new-age D2C brands.
Most recently, Abhik served as COO, Madison Media, where he led multiple business units, managed end-to-end P&L responsibilities and built integrated teams across Traditional, Digital, OOH, Activation, PR and Media Buying.
