McCann Health has fired its Global CCO Jeremy Perrott for behavioral violations.

“We received a complaint about a violation of our Code of Conduct by McCann Health’s Jeremy Perrott. As a result, following an investigation, he is no longer with the company,” media reports quoted the company as saying.

“Our foremost priority is to foster a workplace where people are respected and valued, and importantly, an environment where people feel safe and protected to come forward to report actions that run counter to our values and code of conduct,” the company statement reportedly said further.

The company, however, has reportedly declined to elaborate on the exact nature of the complaint or provide any other detail.

Perrott has become the second big creative leader in two days to be abruptly fired for behavioral violations. Ogilvy recently terminated its worldwide CCO Tham Khai Meng following complaints against him.

Perrott has spent more than a decade with the McCann organisation, during which McCann Health earned the Network of the Year Award from Lions Health in 2016.
