Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) has signed an exclusive agreement with UK-based bakery chain Ben’s Cookies to expand the brand in India, according to media reports.

As part of the rollout, the company reportedly aims to launch as many as 10 outlets during the current financial year across Delhi and Mumbai. According to Sanskriti Gupta, who leads the Ben’s Cookies business in India, around 6-7 stores are expected to become operational in June and July.

Established in 1983 by renowned cookery writer Helge Rubinstein, Ben’s Cookies started with its first outlet at Oxford’s Covered Market in 1984. Over the years, the brand has built an international reputation for its freshly baked cookies prepared using premium ingredients, including rich chocolate chunks and fresh butter.
