AnyMind Group takes over Pokkt Mobile Ads
The acquisition will allow AnyMind to open three more offices in India and one in the UAE

Pokkt Mobile Ads, the in-app advertising platform, has been acquired by AnyMind Group, say media reports.
Pokkt’s in-app advertising tech stack will be integrated with AdAsia Digital Platform that provides assistance in media buys.
The acquisition will allow AnyMind to open three more offices in India and one in the UAE.
As part of the takeover, Pokkt Co-founder Rohit Sharma will be named the Chief Operating Officer of AnyMind Group. Vaibhav Odhekar, also Co-founder, will take over as Managing Director for India & Middle East.
