ZenithOptimedia wins media duties of Viber

ZenithOptimedia India has been appointed as the media planning and buying partner for Viber, an emerging mobile app company. The business was won on the back of a competitive pitch amongst the top five media agencies in New Delhi.
Confirming ZenithOptimedia’s appointment, Anubhav Nayyar, Country Manager India, Viber said, “We partnered with Zenithoptimedia Group as we really liked their thinking and strategic approach to our marketing challenges as well as their excellent track record of helping create new age brands such as Micromax and OLX.”

Viber is known for call, text, sending photos and locations to any other Viber user, anywhere, from iPhone and Android phones. Its HD voice calls, delivered over 3G or Wi-Fi, claim to offer better sound quality than carrier networks. Viber to Viber mobile calls are free of charge.
