Wunderman Thompson South Asia wins creative mandate for Panasonic air conditioners

The agency will drive the creative strategy across both offline and digital media in India

Diversified technology company-Panasonic India has handed over its creative mandate to WPP-owned agency Wunderman Thompson South Asia for its air conditioners range. The mandate was awarded following a multi-agency pitch. The agency will be responsible for driving the creative strategy and execution for Panasonic’s air conditioner category across both offline and digital media.

 Confirming the development, Shirish Agarwal, Head of Brand and Marketing Communications, Panasonic India, said, “Guided by our vision of creating ‘A Better Life, A Better World’, we are consistently innovating to enhance the experience of our consumers. The merger between J Walter Thompson and Wunderman took effect in India in March 2019, with the new entity being named Wunderman Thompson India. The region was the second region to implement the new identity after the US.
