V360 Group has positioned itself as India’s first listed communication firm, marking a significant milestone for the country’s PR and integrated communications industry.

The announcement comes shortly after the company’s ₹41.69 crore IPO was oversubscribed 1.19 times ahead of its listing on the NSE Emerge platform, underscoring growing investor interest in India’s strategic communications and brand storytelling space 

Announcing the development on LinkedIn, Naina Bhalla, Executive Vice President- Growth & Strategy said the company has officially updated its credentials to reflect the achievement. “This is a proud moment for all of us who have believed in the power of strategic storytelling, bold thinking, and long-term institution building,” Bhalla expressed.

She also acknowledged the contribution of the leadership team, including Kunal Kishore, Manisha Chaudhary, Gaurav Patra, Vasundhara Singh and others behind the achievement.

The move signals the growing maturity of India’s communications sector, as agencies increasingly evolve into scaled, institutionalised businesses with a sharper focus on growth, strategy, and integrated brand solutions.
