Integrated communications agency Kaizzen has completed 18 years in the industry, marking the milestone as it continues to scale its presence, capabilities, and global ambitions.

Founded in 2008, Kaizzen started as a small setup in Delhi with just three people and a handful of clients. Over nearly two decades, it has grown into a full-service communications firm offering services across public relations, digital, social media, and influencer engagement. Today, the agency has a team of over 250 professionals and operates across 12 locations, including international markets. 

Kaizzen’s growth has been driven by a mix of sectoral diversification and a knowledge-led approach to communications. Over the years, it has expanded its offerings across digital, social media, influencer marketing, and strategic advisory, positioning itself as an integrated partner for brands navigating an increasingly complex media landscape. It has worked with over 500 clients across industries including technology, automotive, healthcare, startups, BFSI, and public policy. 

In line with evolving client needs, the agency has sharpened its focus on newer domains. In 2024, it launched Kaizzen Global to strengthen its international outreach and introduced specialised verticals such as public affairs, IPO communications, and AI-led solutions. 

Beyond business, the agency has continued to invest in social impact through its CSR arm, ‘Kaizzen Care’. The initiative has partnered with more than 10 NGOs, focusing on community development, education, and social welfare.

Sharing his thoughts on the milestone, Vineet Handa, Founder & CEO, Kaizzen, expressed with beautiful poetry and a note, "It is our 18th birthday and I can’t help but smile at a thought that defines us best. We may be 18 years old, but we carry the spirit of an 18-month-old. Curious. Restless. Learning every day.
