Tanvi Gangwar joins Licious as Associate Director – PR & Communications

Bengaluru-based meat and seafood brand Licious has appointed Tanvi Gangwar as Associate Director – PR and Communications. Gangwar announced the move on LinkedIn. Prior to joining Licious, she headed corporate communications at Orient Electric, where she led corporate reputation programs, crisis preparedness, media relations, digital communication and employee engagement platforms.

In her new role, Gangwar will lead Licious’ corporate communications, employer branding and internal communications, as well as ESG and sustainability-related messaging. Her remit spans shaping the company’s overarching narrative, driving PR strategy across national, regional and trade media, and overseeing communication for new product and format launches. She will also work on strengthening leadership visibility and publishing insight-led content such as category reports, playbooks and industry POVs.

A key part of her role involves building the employer brand through culture storytelling, employee advocacy and defining the company’s Employer Value Proposition. Additionally, she will lead transparent communication around Licious’ sustainability efforts—including quality and food safety, responsible sourcing, waste reduction, energy efficiency and community impact—supported by narrative-driven visual storytelling across media, digital and internal channels.

In the last decade of her career, she has held communication and media leadership roles at Epigamia Unacademy, DRUMS Food International and Madison Public Relations. Her work has spanned brand campaigns, stakeholder relations, partnerships, media planning and digital content strategy. She began her professional journey with internships and trainee roles supporting clients across technology, FMCG, fashion and consumer sectors.
