Saregama India Limited announced a leadership succession plan for its subsidiary, Pocket Aces, effective October 1, 2026.
Aditi Shrivastava, co-Founder and current CEO, will transition to a strategic role on the Board of Directors, while Vinay Pillai will be promoted to CEO.
Aditi has been instrumental in establishing Pocket Aces as a leading digital entertainment company, known for brands like FilterCopy and Dice Media, and was pivotal in its acquisition by Saregama in 2023.
Vinay Pillai, with a strong background in the creator management business and a degree from Columbia University, is positioned to lead Pocket Aces into its next growth phase.

Saregama India Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka (RPSG) Group company, announced a structured leadership succession for its subsidiary, Pocket Aces.

Effective October 1, 2026, Aditi Shrivastava, co-Founder, MD & CEO of Pocket Aces, will transition from her executive leadership role to a strategic position on the Company’s Board of Directors. Concurrently, Vinay Pillai, currently serving as Chief Business Officer, will be elevated to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective the same date.

As CEO since 2021, Aditi built Pocket Aces into one of India's leading digital entertainment companies boasting culture creation brands such as FilterCopy, Dice Media and Clout, leading up to its landmark acquisition by Saregama in 2023, the company said in a release.

The elevation of Vinay Pillai to CEO reflects Saregama’s commitment to nurturing elite internal talent. Vinay’s 6-year track record growing the creator management business Clout and then as the CBO of Pocket Aces makes him the natural leader to drive the company into its next chapter of scale. Vinay is a graduate of Columbia University, brings consulting experience from Booz Allen Hamilton, and an entrepreneurial mindset from founding his streaming startup, Dekkho.
