The Hershey Company names Amanda Almond as President, International, effective October 12

- Amanda Almond has been appointed President, International at The Hershey Company, effective October 12, succeeding Rohit Grover.
- Almond has over 30 years of experience in consumer goods and retail, previously serving as Regional Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Vinarchy and holding senior roles at Bacardi.
- Grover, who has been with Hershey for 27 years, including eight years as President, International, will assist in the transition.
- Almond expressed her enthusiasm for joining Hershey and her commitment to expanding the company's international presence.
The Hershey Company has announced that Amanda Almond has been named President, International, effective October 12, succeeding Rohit Grover. She will be based in Hershey's U.K. office.
Almond brings more than 30 years of consumer goods and retail experience. She joins Hershey from Vinarchy, where she served as Regional Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, following 12 years in senior regional leadership roles at Bacardi.
At Vinarchy, the Bain Capital-backed global wine company, Almond led a region spanning 57 markets. During her 12 years at Bacardi, she held progressively larger leadership roles built on continued market performance.
Grover joined Hershey in 1999 and has spent 27 years building the company's business across its international regions and in the U.S., including eight years as President, International.
Almond will work alongside Hershey's International Leadership Team to ensure a seamless transition.
