Sukhjit S Pasricha, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at IndiGo, will resign from his position effective July 26, concluding his second tenure with the airline.
In a LinkedIn post, Pasricha expressed gratitude for his time at IndiGo and emphasized a desire to transition to new opportunities.
He initially joined IndiGo in April 2013 and served until January 2018, before returning in 2022 as Group CHRO.
Pasricha has over 30 years of HR experience across various sectors, including telecom, aviation, and banking, holding senior roles at companies like Bharti Airtel and Bajaj FinServ.

Sukhjit S Pasricha, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at IndiGo, has announced that he will step down from his role effective July 26, ending his four-year second stint with the airline.

In a LinkedIn post, Pasricha wrote, ““Time to transition from "India by IndiGo" to "Make in India." After an incredibly fulfilling journey with one of the world's finest aviation companies, I have decided to step down from my role as CHRO at IndiGo wef July 26. I am deeply grateful to all my colleagues, especially my team members who have been part of this journey.”

Pasricha first joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) in April 2013 as Senior Vice President – HR and served until January 2018, before rejoining the airline in 2022 as Group CHRO.

Pasricha has over 30 years of experience across corporate and business HR roles spanning telecom, aviation and banking and financial services. His career includes senior leadership positions at Bharti Airtel, Bajaj FinServ and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
