Cleartrip has appointed Pallavi Saxena as its new Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer (CMRO). In this role, she will be responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategy as well as its growth planning and insights functions.

Before joining Cleartrip, Pallavi spent over ten years at Flipkart. During her time there, she served as Senior Director for marketing, revenue, and customer growth, where she worked on strategy development and data-driven expansion initiatives.

Commenting on the appointment, Manjari Singhal, Chief Growth and Business Officer at Cleartrip, said that Pallavi’s experience comes at an important time for the company. She added that Pallavi’s background at Flipkart has given her a strong understanding of building businesses at scale while maintaining a strong focus on customers. Singhal also noted that as Cleartrip aims to strengthen its position as a travel brand, closer coordination between marketing and revenue teams will be essential, and Pallavi brings the right mix of analytical thinking, brand understanding, and execution capability to support the company’s next stage of growth.

Sharing her thoughts on the new role, Pallavi Saxena said that Cleartrip is currently at an exciting point in its journey. She noted that the travel industry is becoming more competitive and increasingly focused on experiences, which requires stronger brand communication and smarter revenue strategies. She added that her priority will be to create a more integrated approach to marketing and revenue that keeps customers at the centre, improves efficiency, and supports the company’s future growth plans.
