Setu, a Pine Labs company, has promoted Richa Chourasia to Business Head – UPI Payments. Prior to the promotion, Chourasia served as Lead – UPI Product Sales/Solutioning, NPCI/Bank Partnerships and Alliances.
In her new role, she will lead Setu's UPI Payments business, with a focus on strengthening the company's strategic relationship with NPCI, scaling merchant collections and payout platforms across industry segments, bringing new NPCI innovations and products to market, and expanding the Setu UPI Switch to support high-volume payment experiences.
Chourasia brings extensive experience in business development, relationship management, product management and business strategy within the financial services sector.
Before joining Setu, she worked at Cashfree Payments. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Jio, HSBC, YES Bank, Citi India and ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank).
