Raymond Lifestyle has appointed Satyaki Ghosh as Whole Time Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. His tenure will run from May 6, 2026, to May 5, 2031.

Ghosh is currently serving as CEO of Raymond Lifestyle, a role he took over in January 2026.

He brings more than 25 years of experience across FMCG, textiles, retail, and consumer businesses, with expertise in both B2B and B2C sectors. Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, he was associated with the Aditya Birla Group, where he most recently worked as CEO – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. In that role, he managed a large manufacturing business with a focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and growth.

Earlier, he also served as CEO – Domestic Textiles at Aditya Birla Group and led the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, handling operations across multiple countries.

Before his stint at Aditya Birla Group, Ghosh spent more than seven years with L'Oréal India, where he held senior leadership roles, including Director – Consumer Products Division. During this time, he managed leading brands such as L'Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline.

Speaking on the appointment, Ghosh said he is excited to join a historic Indian brand with a strong legacy and sees significant opportunities for future growth. He added that the company will continue focusing on consumers, innovation, and stronger product offerings to create long-term value.
