- Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has appointed Mohit Pradhan as Vice President and Category Leader for its Feminine Hygiene business, effective August 1, 2026.
- Pradhan will succeed Girish Kalyanaraman, who will transition from his current role as Vice President and Category Leader for Grooming and Oral Care, ceasing to be part of senior management on June 30, 2026.
- Mohit Pradhan has nearly 20 years of experience with Procter & Gamble, having held various leadership positions in the Asia-Pacific, India, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Prior to this appointment, Pradhan was Vice President and General Manager for P&G Indonesia and has a diverse background in general management, commercial strategy, and sales leadership.
Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Ltd has announced a change in its senior management, elevating Mohit Pradhan as Vice President and Category Leader for its Feminine Hygiene business, effective August 1, 2026.
According to a regulatory filing, Pradhan will succeed Girish Kalyanaraman, Vice President and Category Leader, Grooming and Oral Care, whose role within the company will change from July 1, 2026. Kalyanaraman will cease to be part of the company’s senior management team from the close of business on June 30, 2026.
Pradhan brings around two decades of experience with Procter & Gamble, having worked across multiple leadership roles in Asia-Pacific, India, the Middle East and Africa. Most recently, he served as Vice President and General Manager for P&G Indonesia.
He began his career at P&G as a summer intern. He has held senior leadership roles across general management, commercial strategy, sales leadership, go-to-market transformation, and customer development.
