Neha Ahuja Bhutani has been appointed as the Vice President of Strategy for Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia. The appointment will be effective June 1, 2025.
In this role, she will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and transformation across the region.
Neha joins the company after a 17-year stint at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she served as Managing Director and Partner, working across consumer goods, automotive, and technology sectors.
At Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Neha led high-impact projects including brand strategy for a global F&B company, revenue optimisation programs, and a digital venture launch for a multinational industrial firm. Her broad expertise across India, the Middle East, and Africa positions her to play a critical role in shaping Coca-Cola's strategic direction and long-term market leadership in India and Southwest Asia.
