Atrangii and Ullu OTT have appointed Kalpan Desai as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for the platforms. With nearly two decades of cross-industry experience, Kalpan brings a wealth of HR leadership and strategic expertise to the organization. His last stint was as Vice President – Human Resources at Sony Pictures Networks, where he spearheaded talent strategies. He has also held key leadership roles at Viacom18, GroupM, and Jana Small Finance Bank, where he successfully led digital HR transformations, designed people strategies for domestic and international markets, and cultivated high-performance work cultures.
In his new role, Kalpan will be responsible for cementing the leadership pipeline, fostering a performance-driven and HR transformation, and aligning HR strategies with the business goals of Atrangii and Ullu. His focus will be on people-first outcomes enhancing productivity, building a strong employer brand and nurturing talent.
