In this role, Balkrishna Jha will lead IndoSpace's Marketing & Brand communication mandate, strengthening the company's positioning at a time when India's industrial and logistics real estate sector is witnessing strong momentum, driven by rising manufacturing investment, supply-chain modernisation, and sustained growth in e-commerce and warehousing demand.

Balkrishna brings over 14 years of marketing and communications experience, built largely across India's banking and financial services sector. He joins IndoSpace from Aditya Birla Housing Finance, where he served as Digital Marketing Lead. Over his career, he has held marketing and communications leadership roles at Adani Capital (Tyger Capital), DCB Bank, ICICI Bank, and L&T Financial Services, with deep expertise spanning brand management, integrated marketing communications, public relations, along with digital and performance marketing.
