Gaurish Pathare has been appointed as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Mid-Day, marking his second stint with the organisation. He previously served as National Sales Head in 2007.
In his new role, Pathare will lead efforts to enhance revenue streams across all arms of the Mid-Day Group, including Mid-Day, Gujarati Mid-Day and Inquilab.
His responsibilities will span across driving revenue growth strategies, managing channel partnerships, and ensuring seamless alignment across marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, and revenue management functions.
With a career spanning over three decades, Pathare brings deep expertise in marketing, strategic media and brand planning, and media sales. He has worked across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, BFSI, insurance, e-commerce, telecom and media.
Before joining Mid-Day, Pathare held leadership positions across prominent organisations. He served as a Corporate Strategy Specialist at HIT 95 FM and served as Director at Cobalt Arts, Managing Partner at Update Geotarget and 361 Degree Entertainment & Media Pvt Ltd, and held senior roles at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) and Sakal Media Group.
